Custom items cannot be returned. If by any chance the item does not fit please email shivonnesuberolabel@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with an order number, explanation, and photo of the fit and we will gladly assist you (please do so within 7 days of receiving the item). In the case you chose standard sizing please return/exchange within 15 days of receipt of the item. We do not offer refunds, we only offer exchanges. We do not cover return shipping charges this is on you.Â
Sale items are final and cannot be returned. All merchandise (including swims) must be received back in its original form. All tags must be attached when returned. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self-tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume.Â
