To ensure you get the SSL custom fit (Bust and Back, Waist and Hips) you must measure following our measurements video. We can’t guarantee a great fit if you measure differently to our instructions and requirements. Lengths are standard and calculated with your height in FT or CM.

Custom items cannot be returned. If by any chance the item does not fit please email shivonnesuberolabel@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with an explanation and photo and we will gladly assist you.

Order Processing/Rush Orders

PROCESSING TIME
All our pieces are made to order handmade in the Caribbean and can take 3-7 working days to be made (this does not include shipping time). You will be notified when your order is ready for pick up or delivery.

READY MADE
We do carry a low amount of stock at our showroom, you can contact us to view items ready-made.

RUSH ORDERS
Rush orders are accepted at no additional cost once production has the capacity, therefore it is not always guaranteed. Rush orders can be as fast as the next day or take up to 4 days. You can select all the items desired and at check out, Email or WhatsApp us a snap of your final order (before placing it).

We do ask you to be considerate, if you know you have the time for our regular processing time please do not select rush orders. We are an ethical company and try our best to fulfill all your SSL clothing needs, but the well-being of our staff is also our priority.
